All items in the shop tab are directly bought and sold from the chleidertrader team.

Are all items legit?

Every item in our store is 100% legit. Vendor (i.e. Supreme, Palace) receipts and additional photos are at any time available.

In which condition are the items sold?

Usually, all items are deadstock (unused with tags) and in most cases in the original packaging.
If the condition isn't deadstock its mentioned in the description.

How long does the shipping take?

All items are delivered from Switzerland. Everything within Switzerland is sent with A-Post and international with Priority shipping. The items are shipped as soon as we get it from the vendor. Normally we receive it within a week. The full delivery time depends on the buyer's location.

How much does the shipping cost?

The total shipping costs are visible in the checkout area.

Switzerland B-Post Shipping: FREE

Switzerland A-Post Shipping + Tracking: 9.00 CHF

Europa Priority Shipping + Tracking: 24.00 CHF / 22.00 Euro

Europa Economy Shipping + Tracking: 18.00 CHF / 16.50 Euro

International Priority Shipping + Tracking: 32.00 CHF / 32.10$

Please be aware that import customs may apply if you buy it from somewhere outside of Switzerland.

Can I preorder something?

Preorders are handled individually via email or any social media accounts.

Can I contact you?

You can contact us at any time via our contact formula, email address and social media accounts.

What does "*Not arrived yet*" say?

If this comment is mentioned in a product description then the given product is not in hand yet. We placed the order and waiting for the product. This can affect the delivery time.

What does "In stock, ready to ship" say?

If this is mentioned in the product description then the given product is in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Can I return a shop item?

The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days after receipt without further reasons. In this case, the customer undertakes to return the goods in their original condition and without defects within seven further days. Chleidertrader reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received in perfect condition. Please consult our Terms of Service for further information: Terms of service

Can I arrange a MeetUp for a Consignment Store order?

We don't arrange MeetUps for Consignment Store orders, because the effort would be overwhelming. 

Can I return a Consignment Store item?

The same return policy applies to the Consignment Store items as for the shop items.

Where do the products come from?

All products in the Consignment Store area are sold and verified directly by chleidertrader but are provided by a third party. The condition of the item is verified and mentioned in the product description.

What happens with wrongly sent products?

All submitted product registration information is obligatory. Wrongly indicated products or fake products will only be returned on request and at cost.

How long does the shipping take?

The same conditions apply as in the shop.
